    Servers - Purchase Of Ibm Power 10 Server With Installation And Launch As Well As A Manufacturers Warranty And A Warranty Service For A Period Of 60 Months. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase Of The Ibm Power 10 Server Together With Installation And Launch As Well As A Manufacturers Warranty And A Warranty Service For A Period Of 60 Months 2. The Employer Additionally Provides For The Use Of The Right Of The Option, Consisting Of The One -Time Implementation Of The Relocation Service Of The Purchased Server From The Installation Site To Another Location Indicated By The Contracting Authority (Data Center Object In The Masovian Voivodeship). In Order To Exercise The Right Of Options, The Employer Submits A Written Statement On The Exercise Of The Right Of The Option, No Later Than Within One Month Before The Date Of Completion Of The Contract. The Relocation Will Not Be Released By The Contractor From The Service Of The Service. 3. The Order For Delivery, Installation And Launch Will Take Place Within 30 Calendar Days From The Date Of The Contract; In The Scope Of The Warranty Service Service Within 60 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Delivery, Installation And Launch, Confirmed By The Receipt Report Signed By The Party. 4. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Annex 1 To The Specification. 5. The Manner Of Execution Of The Order Is Set Out In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 2 To The Specification. 6. The Purchaser Does Not Provide For The Awarding Of Contracts Pursuant To Art. 305 In Connection With Art. 214 Para. 1 Points 7 And 8 Of The Pzp Act.
