The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Project Entitled Umbrella Program - Energy From Renewable Sources In The Commune Of Grzegorzew, Consisting Of: Design, Obtaining Necessary Permits, Delivery And Execution (Installation) In The Grzegorzew Commune: A) 63 Photovoltaic Installations And 28 Energy Storage On Residential Buildings (Users, Beneficiaries), B) 20 Air Installations Of Heat Pumps. Residential, C) 12 Co And Hot Water Pump Installations On Residential Buildings, 4.2. The Detailed Scope Of Design, Executive Guidelines And The Scope Of Technical Requirements Has Been Specified In Annexes: A. Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Pfu) Volume And Solar Installations And Energy Warehouses B. Pfu Volume Ii - Air Heat Pumps Co + Cwu C. Pfu Volume Iii - Ground Heat Pumps Co + Cw Planned Implementation Of Individual Installations. The Contractor Will Perform The Necessary Checks/Expertise And Perform Appropriate Detailing Of The Reference Documentation For Individual Installations, Based On Own Findings. Based On The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including Appropriately Detailed Documentation, The Contractor Will Obtain The Necessary Permits, Make The Required Arrangements, Obtain The Required Administrative Or Technical Consent. Then, Using Own Materials, The Contractor Will Carry Out The Installation, Which Means That It Will Provide To The Place Of Implementation Of The Designed Installation All Necessary Installation Components, Assemble Them And Connect Them To Existing Building Installations Of The Building, Perform The Required Checks Or Acceptance, Connection And Start Of Installations Being The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractors Obligation Will Be To Notify The Connection Of The Installations Made Together With The Transfer Of The Required Documents/Attachments To The Local Distribution Network Operator (Osd). As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Conduct Training Installation Users And Indicated Employees Of The Employer In Terms Of Their Operation And Will Provide Warranty Service During The Warranty Period. The Contractor Will Develop As -Built Documentation For Completed Installations In All Types Of Sources Covered By This Order, Specified In Para. 4.1 Above. Important Provisions Regarding The Manner And Terms Of The Contract Are Determined By The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 9 To Swz. All Devices, Fittings And Accessories Must Be New And Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Order Documents, In Particular In Opz (Pfu). The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor Granting The Installations To At Least A 5 -Year Warranty Covering The Supplied Materials And Equipment And Assembly.
