    Printing And Related Services – Printshop. The Object Of The Assignment Is A Framework Agreement For Print Shop Services. This Is Understood To Mean All Services That Have To Do With Receiving And Preparing Data Files From Various Sources, As Well As Printing, Preparing, Shipping Where Applicable And/Or Further Processing Of Documents Via Various Media, Including The Accompanying Tracing And Reporting. The Service Provider Will Perform The Following Services During The Entire Duration Of The Framework Agreement According To Agreed Service Levels: • Document Processing: O Received And Processing Data Files In Various Formats From Various Sources; O Printing These Files On Different Types Of Paper And Envelopes; O Fold And Put Under Cover; O Sort According To Destination And Supply To The Mail -Litter, Currently Bpost; O Complete Handling Of Registered Shipments. • Mail Id; • Reporting And Real-Time Follow-Up Of The Generated Documents; • Dealing With Peaks And Valleys In Documents Supplied, Able To Process Large Volumes; • Quality Control On The Letters Sent. Fluvius Expects The Service Provider To Perform A Number Of Optimisations On Existing Services, Such As, But Not Limited To: • Minimizing Dependence On Pre -Printed Documents (Stock, Reconciliation, Version Management, Etc.). • Minimize The Set-Up Costs; • Reporting And Real-Time Follow-Up; • Simplified And More Transparent Price Table And Measurement State, Which Allows A More Closing And Faster Approval; • Following Innovations In Printing Technology And Proposals For The New Possibilities And More Efficient Techniques; • Introducing New Templates And Replacing Existing Templates Must Be Possible; • More Thorough Document Tracking. • Electronic Shipping, Retrieval And Handling (E-Invoicing, Web Portal); • Structured Feedback On The Status And Progress Of Individual Documents.
