Office Supplies - Delivery Of Stationery Included In The List Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, For The Needs Of The Municipal Administration And The Secondary Authorizers With A Budget To The Municipality Of Veliko Tarnovo. The Public Procurement Includes The Delivery Of Stationery, Which Fall Within The List Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Deliveries Are Periodic And Are Implemented After A Preliminary Request Depending On The Specific Needs Of The Municipal Administration And The Secondary Authorizers With A Budget To The Municipality Of Veliko Tarnovo. The Contracting Authority Through Its Representative Assigns The Types And Quantities Of Stationery. The Goods Subject To Delivery, Together With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Regarding Their Technical And Functional Characteristics, A Unit Of Measure And An Estimated Quantity For A Period Of Two Years, Are Detailed In Annex 1A To The Technical Specification. These Quantities Are Forecast (Indicative), Which Is Why The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Increase Them, Decrease Or Not Declare An Item. The Period For Execution Of The Public Procurement Is 2 Years From The Date Of Signing The Contract For The Public Procurement, Or Until The Maximum Permissible Value Of The Contract Is Reached, Depending On Which Of The Two Events Occurred Earlier. The Specified Estimated Value Of The Contract Represents The Maximum Permissible Value Of The Public Procurement Contract. On The Grounds Of Art. 12 Of The Public Procurement Act In Connection With Art. 80 Of The Pppop The Order Is Reserved For The Participation Of Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities Within The Meaning Of § 2, Item 46 Of The Public Procurement Act, Since The Articles Subject To The Contract Are Included In The List Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, Determined By Decision No. 591 Of The Council Of Ministers Of 18.07.2016. They Must Be Registered As Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities At Least Three Years Before The Date Of Opening Of This Procurement Procedure. Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities May Participate In The Public Procurement, Provided That They Can Execute At Least 80 Percent Of Its Subject With Their Own Machines, Equipment And Human Resources. To Fulfill The Condition, They May Use Subcontractors Or Refer To The Capacity Of Third Parties If Subcontractors Or Third Parties Are Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities.
