Chps Compound (3-Consulting Rooms, 3-Unit Accommodation, Store, Dispensary, Maternity, Delivery and Recovery Rooms, Furnishing and Equipment) at Soliga Closing Date: 04th September, 2025 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢500.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: Construction of 1No. CHPS Compound (3-Consulting Rooms, 3-Unit Accommodation, Store, Dispensary, Maternity, Delivery and Recovery Rooms, Furnishing and Equipment) at Soliga Additional Information: The NABDAM DISTRICT ASSEMBLY has received funds from the District Assembly Common Fund (DACF) and intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to cover eligible payments under contract for the Construction of the underlisted Projects in the District. The NABDAM DISTRICT ASSEMBLY therefore, invites sealed Bids from eligible Contractors with valid statutory required documents to undertake the works as indicated in the table below: - 1. Tendering shall be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) process as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003, (ACT 663) as amended with the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. 2. Interested eligible Tenderers may purchase a complete set of the Tender Documents at the office of the District Procurement Unit of the Nabdam District Assembly for a non-refundable fee of GH 500.00 or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency from 9:00am to 4:00pm local time during week days from 20th August, 2025. Interested Tenderers may obtain further information from the address below: 3. Tender shall be valid for a period of 90 Days after tender submission and opening. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of the contract sum in the form of Bank Guarantee from a reputable Commercial Bank, or a Bid Bond of 30% of the contract sum from a Reputable Insurance Firm/Company currently in good standing with the National Insurance Commission.
