Expression of Interest for Support Competency-Based Curriculum Development, Certification, Accreditation, and Skills Ecosystem Strengthening in Angola. The assignment involves the re-alignment and formal accreditation of education and training curricula, for Digital skills, Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and Science Technology and Mathematics + Innovation (STEM+I) programs to address critical skills gaps, enhance employability especially for women and youth, contribute to inclusive and sustainable growth and job creation. The scope of work includes the development of a competency-based, inclusive, and accredited training framework for the following priority sectors: Agriculture and Aquaculture; Transport and Logistics; Renewable Energy Key tasks include: Conducting a comprehensive skills gap and labor market assessment to identify priority occupations and workforce needs. Reviewing and developing competency-based curricula aligned with Angolas National Qualifications Framework (NQF), accreditation and certification with support of stakeholder validation. Designing and supporting the implementation of TVET incubation centers to nurture youth entrepreneurship and innovation. Supporting selected higher education institutions to establish digital innovation and acceleration hubs, including infrastructure assessment, equipment planning, and trainer capacity development.
