The Subject Of The Contract Is A Comprehensive Organization Of The Two -Day Feniks Working Meeting, Hereinafter Referred To As The Meeting, For 95 Participants - Employees Of The Ordering Party, Provincial Building Supervision Inspectorates, The Center Of Eu Transport Projects And The Ministry Of Funds And Regional Policy. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Submitted By The Basic Contract Referred To In Para. 3, And The Order Covered By The Option Referred To In Para. 4.3. As Part Of The Basic Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure: 1) The Conference Room And Additional Space For The Needs Of The Organized Meeting, 2) Equipment Of The Conference Room And Providing Technical Equipment Together With The Necessary Service, 3) Catering For All Participants Of The Meeting With The Necessary Service, 4) Accommodation, 5) Musical Setting. 4. The Order Covered By The Option Includes Translating All Meeting Sessions On November 19-20, 2025 Into The Sign Language Of Pjm By The Translator/Translators Pjm.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Location And Requirements Of The Object In Which The Meeting Will Be Organized, Is In: 1) The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz, 2) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.6. To Perform The Contract, The Employer Requires Within The Scope Of Employment, In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Act - Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended), At Least One Person Referred To In § 12 Para. 1 Point 2, In Connection With § 7 Para. 2 Point 2 Of The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Annex 1 To Swz), I.E. Acting As The Coordinator Of The Contract, Continuously Throughout The Period Of The Contract. 7. The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 96 Of The Act, Requires: 1) In The Scope Of Social Aspects, That The Contractor Or Subcontracting During The Contract Should Follow The Principles Of Dignified Work, I.E. Equal Treatment, In Particular Regardless Of Gender, Age, Disability, Race, Religion, Nationality, Political Beliefs, Union Affiliation, Ethnic Origin, Religion, Sexual Orientation, 2) In The Field Of Environmental Aspects Minimizing The Negative Impact Of The Subject Of The Contract On The Natural Environment, So That All The Documents Made By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Submitted In Paper Form Meet The Terms Of The Fsc Certificate Or Other Equivalent Certificate, I.E. A Document Issued By An Organization Independent Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor, Authorized To Issue A Document In The Country Of Origin And Confirming The Same Conditions, As Specified In Fsc.8 Certificate. Detailed Requirements Of The Employer Regarding The Fulfillment Of The Obligations Referred To In Para. 6-7, Were Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Annex 1 To Swz).
