Tenders Are Invited For Lease Of The Electronic Security System (Monitoring) Together With The Assembly And Monitoring Service And Intervention Patrol (Pi) To Intervene

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Monitoring Services, Including: 1) Renting Cameras And Devices For The Time Specified In The Contract (Rental Of The Electronic Security System); 2) The Service Of Cameras And Devices (Including Repairs, Maintenance And Ongoing Maintenance); 3) Remote Supervision Over The System And Archiving Video Materials, Including Monitoring Of Signals From The Electronic Security System, Consisting Of An Sswin System And Cctv System, Agreed In The Technical Card Of The Object, The Template Of Which Is Set Out In Annex 3 To The Contract Template, Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Contract. 2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Of The Installation (Assembly) Of Cameras And Devices Along With Teletechnical Infrastructure At The Municipal Services Department, Located At Ul. Toruńska 165 In Inowrocław, Hereinafter Referred To As The Object; 2) Ensuring And Assembling At Least Two Barriers; 3) Configuration Of All Barriers Located On The Facility, I.E. One Currently Existing And Those Subject To Assembly Referred To In Point 2 In A Manner Enabling Control Of Them Through The Alarm Headquarters. 3. The Contractors Duties Include: 1) Providing An Internet Connection With A Fixed Ip Address, According To The Technical Parameters Specified In The Technical Card Of The Object, In Order To Perform The Signal Monitoring Service From The Cctv System; 2) Maintaining The Intervention Patrol (Pi) In The Readiness To Intervene; 3) By The Card Of Authorized Persons (Annex No. 4 To The Contract Template) With A Collected Alarm Signal Or Information Signal Attaching/Exclusion; 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The List Of Required Devices (Electronic Security System Together With Teletechnical Infrastructure), Necessary To Connect Monitoring Together With Determining Their Minimum Parameters, The Conditions And Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Set Out In Annex 1 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract (Swz).
