    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design And Implementation Of Installation Works Of The 2Nd Floor Of The Tax Administration Chamber In Rzeszów As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled Paymental Acquisition Of The Second Floor, I.E. The Share In The Built-Up Real Estate At 1 Geodetów Street For The Needs Of Ias In Rzeszów And Adapting It To The Needs Of The Pucs Operational And Analytical Vertical Cells. The Order Was Divided Into 2 Stages: 2.1. Guaranteed Range: 2.1.1. Stage I - Execution By The Contractor And Agreeing With The Employer Project Documentation Specified In Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Together With The Material And Financial Schedule Of Construction Works; 2.1.2. Stage Ii - Execution Of Installation Works Specified In Point 2.1. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Agreed Documentation, Preparation And Transfer Of The Awarding Entity As -Built Documentation, Conducting Training In The Field Of Service Of Installed Devices, Transfer Of Warranty Declarations/ Warranty Cards, Obtaining And Transferring To The Contracting Authority Certificates Of Compliance/ Confirmation Of Compliance To The Protection Zone Ii In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of 29 May 2012 On Physical Security Measures Used To Secure The Security Media (Journal Of Laws Item 683), By Ordinance No. 32 Of The Minister Of Finance Of 27 July 2012 On The Selection And Scope Of Application Of Physical Security Measures Used To Secure Classified Information (Journal Of Laws Of Min. Fin. On The Protection Of Classified Information (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 632). 2.2. Certificates Of Conformity, National Technical Assessments, Approvals, Declarations Of Utility Properties, European Technical Assessments. 3. The Detailed Scope And Manner Of The Order Is Specified In Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Annex 3 To Swz - Planned Contract Provisions (Contract Template).
