Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of Cleaning Products For The Municipal Cleaning Enterprise In The City Of Warsaw Sp.Z O.O.

The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Cleaning Products. 1. The Contract Will Be Carried Out For A Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Signing Of Speech Based On Unit Prices Proposed By The Contractor In The Most Advantageous Offer And Based On Partial Orders, Which Will Be Placed Via E -Mail In Accordance With The Actual Needs Of The Contracting Authority, With The Proviso That The Total Remuneration Of The Contractor, Resulting From The Implementation Of The Contract, May Not Exceed The Amount Of Financial Resources Granted For This Purpose (Contracts Will Be Signed With The Value Resulting From These Funds, I.E. The Maximum Nominal Value Of The Liability). The Planned Date Of Commencement Of The Contract - Not Earlier Than From 01.11.2025 3. In The Event That The Amount Of Total Remuneration Of The Contractor Is Not Fully Used Until The End Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Extend The Duration Of The Contract (On The Conditions Proposed In The Most Advantageous Offer) Until The Funds Are Issued, But Not Longer Than 3 Months. The Contracting Authority Declares The Order To Be Completed To The Minimum Scope Specified In The Columns Minimum Number Of Packaging For The Entire Duration Of The Contract In The Table Below And Reserves The Right To Perform The Remaining Order On The Basis Of The Option Law. 5. For The Purposes Of Comparing Offers In Terms Of The Price Criterion And Checking Whether The Value Of The Offer Does Not Exceed The Amount That The Employer Can Allocate To Finance The Order, The Value Of The Offer Will Be Taken Into Account For The Planned Size Of The Order. 6. The Deadline For Completing Partial Orders Is Up To 7 Calendar Days From The Date Of The Contracting Authority Plays Partial Order. 7. The Contractor Will Provide The Subject Of The Contract At His Own Expense To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Partial Order Of The Ordering Party Or The Seat Of Units Subordinate To The Ordering Party Located In The Capital City Of Warsaw Warsaw). 8. The Offered Chemicals Must Have The Certificate Of The National Hygiene (Pzh) Facility Or The Characteristics Card, Health Quality Certificate Or Notification To The National Information System For Cosmetics Marked On The Market (Book) Or Declaration Of Compliance Or Equivalent.
