    1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electronic Prepayed Cards For Employees Of The Employer, Secured With Individual Pin Code, Issued For Bearer, Hereinafter Referred To As Cards, In The Following Quantities And Values: 1) 243 Cards Of Cards Worth Pln 2,600.00 Gross Each, With A Total Value Of Pln 631,800.00 Gross (Words: Six Hundred And Thirty -One Thousand Eight Hundred Zlotys 00/100) - In Guaranteed Orders; 2) A Maximum Of Pln 12 Cards Worth Pln 2,600.00 Gross Each, With A Total Value Of Pln 31,200.00 Gross (In Words: Thirty -One Thousand Two Hundred Zlotys 00/100) - In The Range Covered By The Option Referred To In Art. 441 Of The Pzp Act (Hereinafter: Option). 2. The Circumstances Of Using The Option Were Specified In § 1 Para. 6 Of The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.3. The Employer Reserves The Right To Fail To Be In Whole Or Part Of The Order In The Scope Covered By The Option. The Contractor Has No Claims Against The Contractor In Whole Or In Part Of The Order In Full Or Part Of The Order. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In Annex 1 To Swz, And The Detailed Conditions And Rules For The Performance Of The Contract Were Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.
