The Supplied Heating Oil Must Be With The Following Parameters: A) Density At 15Oc - Max. 860 Kg/M3; B) Calorific Value - Min. 42 Mj/Kg; C) Ignition Temperature - Min. 56Oc; D) Sulfur Content - Max. 0.2 % (M/M); E) Water Content - Max. 200 Mg/Kg; F) Kinematic Viscosity In 20Oc - Max. 6 Mm2/S; G) The Contractor Will Provide Oil With A Specialized Transport Equipped With Legalized Equipment For Measuring The Drained Oil; H) Transport And Transport Insurance To The Employer Shall Be Borne By The Contractor; I) Along With Each Delivery, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Document Confirming The Origin And Quality Of The Supplied Heating Oil. 4. The Supplied Heating Oil Must Comply With The Polish Standard Pn-C-96024: 2011.5. Settlement Takes Place For Each Refuted Liter Of Heating Oil To The Contracting Authorities. 6. When Supplying Heating Oil, The Employer May Demand A Current Certificate Of Legalization Of Distribution Devices. 7. The Price Of Heating Oil Should Be Calculated On The Basis Of A Wholesale Price Rate For 1000 Liters Of 28.08.2025 And A Printout Should Be Attached From The Website With The Manufacturers Nave/Refinery, On The Basis Of Which The Offer Was Calculated. Print Should Be Prepared With Prices Of 28.08.2025 8. Deliveries Will Take Place Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Amount Of Heating Oil Presented Is The Maximum Estimated Amount And May Be Reduced In Relation To The Size Of The Entire Order Due To Current Needs. Possible Changes In The Quantity May Depend, In Particular, On The Weather Conditions Prevailing In The Heating Season And Other Events Beyond The Control Of The Contracting Authority. 9. The Ordering Party Also Allows The Change Of The Proportion Of The Amount Of Oil Between The School Complex And The Commune Office. 10. Deliveries Will Be Made On Business Days (Without Saturdays And Sundays) Between 8.00 And 14.00 After Each By Phone By The Contracting Representative. 11. Deliveries Will Take Place By The Contractors Transport, Equipped With Measuring Devices With Important Legalization Features Ensuring A Thorough Measurement Of The Amount Of Heating Oil Issued. 12. Subcontractors: 1) The Contractor May Entrust The Subcontractor To Perform Part Of The Contract. 2) The Contracting Authority Does Not Reserve Any Part Of The Order To Entrust To Subcontractors.3) The Contractor Who Intends To Entrust The Subcontractors To The Performance Of Any Part Of The Contract, Is Obliged To Indicate In Annex 1 The Scope Of The Order Entrusted To Subcontractors.
