1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Accommodation And Meals Of Sports Classes (94 Participants) Psp 12 During The Sports Camp On 22.09.2025-24.09.2025. 2. A Group Of Participants Is An Estimated 94 People. 3. The Number Of People, I.E. 94 Participants Of The Sports Camp, Has An Estimated Dimension Allowing For The Correct Valuation Of The Offer. The Number 94, The Contractor Is Obliged To Accept The Offer He Submitted. 4. The Central Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce (Random Cases) Indicated In Point 2 Above The Number Of Participants With A Maximum Of 10 People (Without The Right Of Claims By The Contractor In This Respect) - Which Means That At Least 84 Participants Will Take Part In The Camp, And The Final Number Of Participants Will Be Given The Contractor At The Latest 3 Days Before The Planned Date Of The Sports Camp. 5. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Providing A Stay Base And Meals As Well As A Recreation And Sports Base During A Three -Day (Two Personnel) Sports Camp. 6. During The Sports Camp, The Contractor Will Provide: 1) Accommodation - Accommodation At A 3 -Star Hotel Or With A Higher Standard With Breakfast. Accommodation Should Be Located In The City Of Warsaw On Ul. Father Ignacy Kłopotowski Or At A Distance Not Exceeding 5 Km From The Address Warsaw Ul. Father Ignacy Kłopotowski 33 Calculated In A Straight Line As A Radius Of A District With A Standard Ensuring Safety And Comfort Adequate To The Needs Of Participants And Providing Gastronomic Services, I.E. Serving Meals In The Form Of Breakfast, Lunch And Dinner. For Verification, Or Indicated/Proposed By The Contractor, The Center Is Located A Maximum Of 5,000 M From The Address Of Warsaw, Ul. Father Ignacy Kłopotowski 33. The Contracting Authority Will Use Publicly Available And Free Tools. 2) Food Of The Participants Of The Camp 2 X Breakfast For 94 Participants At The Place Of Accommodation. 3) Recreation And Sports Base: Recreation And Sports Base: Providing Free Places Enabling Recreation And Sports Classes, An External Playground For Football, Sports Hall. The Recreation And Sports Base Should Be Located In The Center Indicated/Proposed By The Contractor Or At A Distance Of A Maximum Of 1500 M From The Hotel Indicated/Proposed By The Contractor Calculated In A Straight Line As A Radius Of The Circle. In Order To Verify Whether The Recreation And Sports Base Is Located At A Distance Of A Maximum Of 1500 M From The Center Indicated/Proposed By The Central Contractor, The Contracting Authority Will Use Publicly Available And Free Tools.
