The Subject Of The Contract Is: Providing A Comprehensive Service Including Analysis And Preparation Of Descriptions Of Workplaces, Conducting Valuing Positions And Developing Regulations In The Scope Of Remuneration Of Rars Employees Covering The Following Stages: 1) Organizational Analysis, Developing General Assumptions And Schedule Of Work Implementation (Stage I); 2) Development Of A Competence Model And Complex Descriptions Of Work Positions (Stage Ii); 3) Work Along With The Preparation Of A New Wage Network And Developing A Proposal For Changes To The Remuneration Regulations (Stage Iii).
