The Subject Of The Contract Is The Adoption And Management Of Waste From The Implementation Of Services Provided By The Company In The Field Of Waste Collection. The Order Includes The Development Of Mixed Waste From Construction, Renovation And Disassembly Of Other Than Those Listed In 17 09 01, 17 09 02 And 17 09 03 (Waste Code - 17 09 04). In Particular, Segregation (Sorting) In The Processing Process Taking Into Account The Provisions Of Art. 101A Para. 1 Of The Waste Act, As Well As Further Management Of Waste Resulting From This Segregation (Sorting) In Processes Ensuring Their Repeated Use (For Each Of The Separate Wood, Metal, Glass, Plastic, Plastic, Plastic, Mineral Waste, Including Concrete, Bricks, Tiles And Ceramic Materials And Stones). Further Waste Management Can Be Carried Out Independently By The Contractor, Sorted Waste Fractions May Also Be Directed To Entities (Further Waste Owners) With Permits Required For Further Processing Of These Fractions In Recycling And Recycling Processes, In Accordance With The Hierarchy Of Waste Management (Article 18 Of The Waste Act). The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Environmental Protection Act (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 647, As Amended), Waste Act (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended), Provisions Of The Current Waste Management Plan For The Lesser Poland Voivodship, Local Law Regulating Waste Management And Acting Or Replacing Acts, And Decisions Owned By The Contractor. Waste Will Come Only From The Polish Market (Domestic Waste Management Market) And Will Not Contain Waste Imported From Abroad. 4. The Estimated Amount/Weight Of Construction Waste For Development During The Order Is: 600 Mg. The Amount/Weight Of Waste Is Estimated And Should Be Treated Approximately 5. Construction And Demolition Waste Should Be Collected And Collected Selectively, Divided Into At Least Six Fractions: Wood, Metals, Glass, Plastics, Gypsum, Mineral Waste, Including Concrete, Brick, Brick, Tiles And Ceramic Materials, And Stones, To Ensure Suitability For Preparation For Reuse, Recycling Or Other Recycling. The Obligation To Segregate Construction Waste Indirectly Results From Art. 101A Of The Waste Act. The Obligation To Ensure The Sort Of Sorts Of The Mixed Construction And Demolition Waste From The Above -Mentioned Fraction In Accordance With The Content Of This Article May Be Commissioned To The Entity Conducting Waste Processing 17 09 04 In Accordance With The Decisions Held. Segregation Of Construction And Demolition Waste Outside The Construction Site. In This Case, The Responsibility For The Implementation Of The Duty Of Segregation (Sorting) Of Waste Taken Over By The Ordering Party Will Also Go To The Contractor Who Will Process (Sorts) The Delivered Waste In Accordance With The Authorization To Process Waste Processing And Ensure The Development Of The Waste Resulting From Sorting The Waste Fraction In Accordance With
