    Load-Bearing Structure Design Services-Structural Engineering / Construction Statics Ii. The Medical Center For Health Bad Lippspringe Gmbh (Mzg) Is Planning The Energetic Renovation Of The Martinusquelle Clinic With A Thermal Swimming Pool And Sports Hall. The Martinusquelle Clinic Will Be Fully In Operation Throughout The Entire Conversion Phase And All Patients Will Continue To Be On Site. The Renovation Takes Place In Sections. The Parts Of The Building Affected By The Renovation Are Drawn Empty As Part Of The Project Area And Can Then Be Renovated In One Train. The Construction Work Is Temporarily Estimated At Eur 8.62 Million Net. The Eligible Costs (Net) For The Services Requested Here Are Shown Separately In The Service Description (Part B). Against This Background, The Planning Services According To § 49 Ff Hoai In Connection With Appendix 14 Hoai, Performance Phases 1-6, Should Be Awarded As Part Of An Open Procedure. At Least The Services Of Service Phases 1 To 4 (Initial Order) Are Awarded. In The Case Of Your Commissioning, The Commissioning Of Further Service Phases Is In Whole Or In Part In The Following Levels: - Level 1: Performance Phases 1 - 4 (Output Order), - Level 2: Performance Phase 5 - Level 3: Performance 6 A Claim For The Contractor For The Commissioning Of Further Services And The Levels (In Whole Or In Part) Does Not Exist. No Additional Fee Claims Can Be Asserted From The Gradual Order. All Services In Planning, Detection And Documentation Must - Insofar As They Affect The Benefits Funded With The Donation Notice - To Provide Erdre -Compliant. Because Of The Further Details, Reference Is Made To The Tender Documents, In Particular To The Service Description. A Cooperation Of All Specialist Planners Is Expected To Achieve The Funding Criteria.
