    Work Detail

    The Subject Of The Contract Is To Modify The Historical Building Of The Former Railway Station For Its Use For Administrative Operation. The Required Layout Includes Mainly The Entrance Hall, Day Rooms, Offices, Dressing Rooms And Kitchen. The Design Also Includes The Construction Of A Separately Accessible Administrative Unit With Facilities, With Direct Entry From Vrážská Street. The Documentation Will Also Address The Provision Of Parking Spaces To The Appropriate Extent. The Building Was Built In 1862, Is Partially Basement, Has Two Above -Ground Floors And Attic. The Roof Is Saddle. The Contracting Authority Requires A Participants Offer: 1) Proposal And Documentation For The Authorization Of The Building Plan Pursuant To Sections 157-158 Of Act No.-283/2021 Coll. As Amended (In The Extent Of Previously Applicable Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., Annex No.12), (Summary Technical Report, Cadastral Sitting, Examination Study); 2) Engineering Activities For Filing A Building Plan; 3) Documentation For The Selection Of The Contractor In The Extent Of The Documentation Of The Public Contract For Construction Work And Inventory Of Construction Work, Supplies And Services With A Bill Of Diameter. The Contracting Authority Requires The Contract To Prepare The Contract With Regard To The New Building Act No. 283/2021 Coll., As Amended From 1 January 2024. Documentation In Detail For Construction, Incl. Divided Inventories Of Construction Work, Supplies And Services With Bills Of Area.
