Hosting, Including Associated Services And Support (Requested Deliveries Are Made Available As A Cloud Service Based On Saas); 5. Conversion Of (Source) Data And Documents, Including A Final Report For The Accountant; 6. Management And Maintenance; 7. Proactive Advice On Design, Vision Determination, Alternative Design Choices, Implementation Advice And Requested Advice On The Operation Of The Software In Conjunction With Other Applications; 8. Services In The Context Of Revaluation And Objection And Appeal Against Woz Tax Assessments, As Specified Further In The Documents. The Valuation Application Is For The Following Objects Within The Municipality Of Neder-Betuwe: 9377 Homes, 175 Garage Boxes, 265 Still To Be Determined And 1113 Non-Homes. The Numbers Are Indication, But No Rights Can Be Derived From This. The Objective Of The Tender Is To Arrive At One Agreement With One Supplier For The Purchase, Implementation And Maintenance Of A Valuation Application, Which Is Also Able To Provide The Requested Services.
