This Call For Expressions Of Interest Is Addressed To Credit Institutions And Microfinance Institutions (Hereinafter Referred To As Financial Organizations Or Ho) Operating In Greece, For Their Participation In The Micro -Recovery Fund For Natural Disasters, (Eat). The Micro -Fund Is A Funding Instrument Of Divided Risk, Which Is Being Implemented In The Framework Of The Portfolio Fund Entrepreneurship Fund Iii. The Tepih Iii Portfolio Fund Was Set Up To Support And Develop Business To Tackle The Difficulties Of Access To Funding Sources. The Purpose Of The Fund Is To Intervene In The Needs Of Businesses That Have Been Affected By Natural Disasters, Forming The Financial Mechanism For Providing Support To Emergencies/Unpredictable Situations To Recover From These Impacts And To Enhance The Employability In The Area. At The Same Time, And In The Context Of Tackling The Climate Crisis, The Fund May Substantially Contribute To The Recovery And Viability Of Local Economies, As The Majority Of Affected Businesses Indicate A Growth Recovery Intention In These Affected Areas. The Fund Includes Providing Loans Of A Specific Purpose Of A Special Purpose Combined With Investment Costs Of Up To € 25,000, With The Participation In The Funding Of A Funding Of A 75:25 Ratio Respectively. In Particular, The Fund Will Provide Interest -Free Funding At 75% Of The Loan, While 25% Will Be Provided At The Interest Rate Set By The Financial Agency. In Addition, A Mentoring Costs Will Be Provided To Borrowers Up To The Amount Of € 900 Per Vat. The Loans Will Apply To Funding For Businesses Based Or A Branch Of Their Main Or Secondary Activity In The Region Of Thessaly. The Invitation Is Governed By The Institutional Framework Of The Eat And In Particular Its Founding Law (Law 3912/2011, A 17) And The Regulation On The Selection Of Partners-Co-Operatives (B 1777).
