    Work Detail

    The City Of Valkeakoski Is Requesting Offers For Renewal Of The Façade And Subfloor At Kangaskatu 1 In Accordance With The Plans And Job Descriptions Attached. The Overall Contract Also Includes Building Technology Work. The Building Is Two-Story And Built In The Early 1930S. The 1 Floor Of The Building Was Expanded By A Porch In 2000. The First Floor Area Is Approximately 260 M2. The Purpose Of The Building Is Transformed From The Kindergarten To A Meeting Room. The Basement Of The Building Has A Small Technical Space. The Facade Cladding Is Wood Paneling. The Midsole Is Wooden, Except For The Technical Space Of The Basement Layer, The Midsole Is Concrete And Brick. The Building Has A Wooden Roof And Sheet Metal Roof. Some Of The Subfloor Structures And The Structure Of The Exterior Walls Have Been Renovated In 2018. Building Drainage Systems And Frost Insulation Will Be Renewed, The Old Soil Of The Crawl Space Will Be Removed And Renewed, The Exterior Walls Will Be Added, The Structures Are Sealed And The Space Changes Are Made. As A Result Of Repairs And Changes In Space, Some Building Building Services Will Also Have To Be Renewed. The Essential Characteristics Of The Building Should Be Retained. The Co -Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor Of The Contract. The Acquisition Is More Specified In The Attached Tender Call Documents.
