    Metsähallitus Will Compete For The Following Construction Contracts In Accordance With This Invitation To Tender And The Attached Material. 1) Hossa Nature Center Is The Modification Of The Wastewater Treatment Of The Hossa Nature Center, Owned By Metsahallitus. The Building Has A Small Technical Space/ Emptying Room, Where Measures To Improve Wastewater Treatment. Drive Well.The Building Site Is Located: Karhunkainalontie, 89920 Ruhtainenasalmi2) The Manamansalo Destination Is The Metsähallitus Manamansalo Campsite Building. The Building Carries Out The Modifications Of The Kitchen And Kitchen Interiors To The Extent Indicated By The Plans. The Building Is A Single-Storey Wooden Frame And Wooden Curtain Building. The Office And Social Facilities Of The Employees, As Well As The Storage And Technical Space. The Building Site Is Located: Teeriniementie 156, 88340 Summary Work Can Be Started On 6.10.2025 Or When The Procurement Decision Is Final And The Contract Has Been Signed. Contracts Must Be Ready By December 16, 2025. The Contracting Entity Reserves An Opportunity To Carry Out Only One Of The Contracts, For Example On Financial Grounds. In This Case, The Contractor Will Be Selected As A Provider That Meets The Cheapest Bid To Be Implemented. This Is An Overall Contract And The Contract Follows The General Terms And Conditions Of The Construction Contract Yse 1998 (Rt 16-10660). The Selected Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor And The Main Contractor Within The Meaning Of The Legislation. The Contractor Is Subject To The Obligations Referred To In § 1 -4 If There Is No Other Mentioned In The Invitation To Tender Or In The Material Attached To It. The Offer Must Be Submitted By 12:00 Pm On 16 September 2025.
