Stock E-School Network Learning Platform Must Be Available, Including 24/7 Except For Possible Service Breaks • Follow Kela And The Look Of The Look And Lookout • Enables Students To Sign Up, Course And Follow-Up • Basic Functionality In Addition To Producing Text, Eg. Linking To Pictures And Videos, Intermediate Tests, End Test, Certificate And Feedback • Support H5p Functionality And Download Of Scorm Packages • Enables Current Moodle-Based Courses. The Total Value Estimate Is Approximately 5500 /Month, Distributed Between Three Different Environments. The Estimate Of The Number Of Users Is Based On The Number Of Participants In Current Training. Probably The Number Of User Numbers Will Increase In The Future.The Underpayment: The Preliminary Target Of The Acquisition Is E-Learning Platforms As A Saas Service, Technical Support And Maintenance Of The Platform And Training Of Kela Experts To The Platform. Kela Experts Produce The Content Of Online Schools. Transferring Courses In Old Learning Environments To The New Environment Is Part Of A Delivery Project. There Are Currently About 250 Courses. The Solution Must Comply With The Law On Providing Digital Services 306/2019. The Solution Must Meet The Accessibility Requirements Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Directive (2016/2102) Throughout Their Life Cycle. Market Dialogue: The Purpose Of The Information Request Is To Map The Market Service Providers Who Could Provide Services To Kela. Responding Or Non -Response To The Request For Information Does Not Affect The Position Of The Tenderer In The Actual Offer Competition.
