Meal Self Service: Meal Prepared According To Good Manufacturing Practices And Standard Operating Procedures (Pop), As Established In Rdc Resolution No. 275 Of October 21, 2002. It Is Intended For Lunchtime Patients, Upon Presentation Of Tickets Provided By This Secretariat, Authorizing The Consumption Of The Meal. The Ticket Is Personal And Non -Transferable And Can Under No Circumstances Be Exchanged For Products Or Cash Values. The Supply Of The Meal Must Occur Exclusively In The Establishment Of The Contractor. A) Meal Without Weight Limitation And Quantity Of Any Menu Item, By The Self-Service System (Cold And Hot Dishes); B) Place And Utensils For Good Diet, Due To The Bidder Company; C) Daily Menu (Lunch/Dinner): • White Rice • Beans • Mayonnaise Or Mashed Potatoes • Two Types Of Accompaniment/Sautéed (Eg Crumbs, Boiled Vegetables, Braised Vegetables, Etc. (Lettuce, Tomato, Carrot, Beetroot, Among Others), With At Least Three Different Types Per Meal • Varied Cooked Vegetables (Eg Zucchini, Chayote, Pod, Potatoes) • Optional, And May Be Offered Eventually, Preferably Based On Fruit Or Simple Sweets (Eg Banana, Apple, Gelatin Or Homemade Sweet). Through The Week, Ensuring Alternation Between White And Red Meats. Preparation Should Prioritize Healthier Methods (Baked, Grilled Or Cooked) And Follow Food Hygiene And Conservation Patterns., Mineral Water, Without Gas, Bottle With At Least 500Ml, Packed In Plastic Packaging, Breadcrumbs And Seal.
