    Refuse Collection Services - Provision Of Services In The Field Of Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From The City Of Bolesławiec In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026. 4.1 The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From The City Of Bolesławiec, The Creation Of Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste (Central And Local), Real Estate Equipment With Containers And/Or Bags For Collecting Municipal Waste And Maintaining These Containers In Proper Sanitary, Order And Technical Condition. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Scope Of The Contractors Obligations Can Be Found In Annex A To Swz, Which Includes: 1) Annex A1-Tist Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Requirements Related To Its Implementation, 2) Annex A2-Real Estate, 3) Annex No. A3-Harmonogram Of Municipal Waste Collection Mixed (Remaining After Segregation) A4-Harmonogram Of The Collection Of Municipal Waste Segregated From The City Of Bolesławiec, 5) Annex No. A5-Wykaz /Location Of Segregation Containers, * Local Pszoki *, 6) Annex A6-Excavation Equipped By The Bolesławiec Municipality With Containers For Used Batteries, 9) Annex A9-Exit Pharmacy Equipped With Containers For Expired Drugs In The City Of Bolesławiec 10) Annex No. A10-Containers For Used Clothing. 11) Annex A11 - Naklejka. 4.1.1 In Accordance With Art. 6D Para. 4 Point 5 Of The Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733), The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate The Installation In The Offer.
