    Construction Work - Construction Of The Building Of The Primary School In Sułków. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Design And Execution Of Construction Works In The Field Of Investment Entitled: Construction Of The Building Of The Primary School In Sułków. 2. The Task Is Co -Financed By The Polish Government Fund: Strategic Investment Program. 3. The Scope Of The Order Includes All Necessary Actions To Be Correct, In Accordance With The Law, The Terms Of The Contract, The Requirements Given In The Functional And Utility Program Containing, Among Others Preliminary Architectural Concept And Geotechnical Opinion And Other Documents Constituting Attachments To Swz, Design And Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. The Subject Of The Contract Is: The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Comprehensive Design Documentation, Obtaining A Final Building Permit, Building A Facility And Obtaining A Decision For The Use Of The Building Of The Primary School In Sułków, Based On The Attached Concept And Functional And Utility Program. The Building Will Consist Of 2 Identical Segments A And B And Part Of The Gym With Facilities. The A Segment And The B Segment Roofed With A Gable Roof With A 35 ° Angle, Basement Entirely With 2 Floors (Ground Floor And Utility Attic). The Segments Will Be Connected By A Glass -Bid. Part Of The Building Constituting A Gym With Facilities (2 Floors) Is Assumed To Cover A Flat Roof With A Slope Angle Of 6 °. 5. Estimated Quantities Characterizing The Object: Building Usable Area: A Segment And B Segment In Total: 3120.96 M2 Gymnasium With Facilities In Total: 761.55 M2 The Total Usable Area Of ​​The Building: 3882.51 M2
