The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Envelopes Intended For Machine Envelope For The Digitization Center For Printing Service In Racibórz (Hereinafter Referred To As Ccod) Operating Within The Court Of Appeal In Katowice, Whose Task Is To Handle The Correspondence Of Common Courts, Also Called Units. The List Of All Units For Which The Proceedings Are Conducted Constitutes Annex 8 To Swz. 2. The Implementation Of Deliveries Will Take Place In The Form Of Partial Deliveries, Based On Orders Placed By The Court Of Appeal In Katowice, Via The Employers It System, To The E-Mail Address Indicated By The Contractor. Detailed Rules For Placing Orders And The Implementation Of Partial Deliveries Are Set Out In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 5 To Swz. 3. Partial Orders Will Always Apply To Full Packages (Packaging). 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Containing The Size And Scope Of The Contract, Is Annex 2 To Swz -Opz -Price Form. The Envelopes Formula That Are The Subject Of The Contract Is Attached As Annex 9 To Swz. 5. The Purchaser Reserves The Right To Change The Print On The Envelope Or Resignation From The Print, Of Which The Contractor Will Be Informed No Later Than 30 Days Before Placing The Order. 6. The Ordering Party Requires That The Shelf Life For Use Is Not Less Than 12 Months From The Day Of A Given Partial Delivery. 7. Envelopes Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Intended For Machine Envelope. 8. The Order Will Be Carried Out For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Indicated In The Statement Made By The Ordering Party, Not Later Than 3 Months From The Date Of The Contract, Subject To § 12 Para. 2 Of The Contract. 9. On The Basis Of The Employers Statement/Statements, The Deadline Specified In Para. 8 May Be Extended By The Time Indicated By The Employer, But For A Period Not Longer Than 4 Months, In The Event Of Failure To Fully Marry The Financial Resources Allocated For The Implementation Of The Concluded Contract, Indicated In The Provisions Of § 7 Para. 1 Lit. A) Or B) A Contract Template Or Not Realizing The Guaranteed 50% Of The Expected Order Referred To In § 2 Para. 5 Of The Contract Template. 10. Special Cases And Conditions For Changing The Date Of The Contract Are Specified In The Contract Template - Annex 5 To Swz. 11. The Deadline For The Implementation Of Individual Partial Deliveries Shall Be, In Addition To The Price Criterion For Evaluation Of Offers And Will Depend On The Contractors Declaration Contained In The Offer Form, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz, But It Cannot Exceed 10 Working Days From The Date Of Placing The Order (On The Terms Set Out In The Contract Template - Annex 5 To Swz).
