The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Demolition Of The Existing And Construction Of A New Bridge Facility Together With The Accompanying Road Infrastructure. The Scope Of Works Of The Construction Intention: - Demolition Of The Existing Bridge Facility, - Construction Of A New Bridge Facility With A Load Capacity Of Class I According To Pn -En 1991-2 And Stanag 2021, - Demolition Of The Old Closed Bridge Over The River Radunia, - Demolition And Construction Of Stairs At Ul. Podmiejska And At Ul. Obrońców Westerplatte And Installation Of The Elevator, - Reconstruction Of The Colliding Utilities Networks (Gas Pipeline, Water Supply, Rainwater Sewage System, Teletechnical Network, Electricity, Electricity), - Construction Of A Technological Channel, - Expansion Of The Road On The Section From The Intersection With Ul. Dworcowa To The Żuławski Roundabout, - Reconstruction And Construction Of Pavements And A Walking And Bicycle Path Along The Rebuilt Section Of The Road, - Construction Of A Bus Bay, - Reconstruction/Construction Of Existing Access Places To A Public Road - Public And Individual Congresses, - Dehydration Of The Road, - Cutting (Including Trunks In This) And Planting Trees (And Their Care) Light, - Construction Of Road Lighting, - Delivery And Assembly Of Elements Of Small Architecture. The Scope Of Work Related To The Organization Of Traffic: The Contractor Will Develop, Agree And Obtain The Approval Of The Project Of Temporary Traffic Organization. The Employer Will Provide The Concept Of A Temporary Traffic Organization Project, Which The Contractor May Use, Subject To Taking Into Account The Remaining Conditions Of The Employer, Given In Opz, Including Mainly Point 8.2 Opz. Costs Of Maintaining Time Detours, Costs Of Work In Pkp, Track Closures, Etc. The Contractor Is Covered As Part Of The Basic Salary. The Contractor Will Implement A Permanent Traffic Organization Project, Which He Will Receive From The Contracting Authority, And In The Event Of A Loss Of Its Validity - He Will Apply For Extension In Advance. The Employer Will Sign An Agreement On His Behalf, While The Contractor Will Sign With Pkp An Appropriate Contract Enabling The Contractor To Act In The Railway Area, And Also Include All Necessary Costs Of Implementation In The Offer. The Contractor Will Conduct Construction Works In Accordance With The Conditions Attached To The Proceedings, I.E.
