Technical Assistance Services-Technical Monitoring Mission And Management Management Of Buildings To Be Executed In The Interest Of The Administrative Building For The Esm (European Stability Mehanism) And The State In Luxembourg-Kirchberg. As Part Of The Mission, A Complete Technical Monitoring Concept Must Be Developed And Continuously Developed. The Objective Is To Create A Structured Base For The Subsequent Delivery Of Buildings. This Includes The Meticulous Examination Of The Documentation Of All The Technical Facilities And Systems Concerned, In Order To Guarantee Its Completeness And Quality. In Addition, A Matrix Of Relationships Between Trades Must Be Established, Making It Possible To Clearly Visualize The Interfaces And The Outbuildings Between The Different Trades. Finally, The Evaluation Of Operating Tests Must Be Carried Out, The Results Of Which Will Be Used To Adjust And Optimize Monitoring As Part Of An Ordered And Interdisciplinary Commissioning. The Duration Of The Services Is Approximately 66 Months, To Start At The End Of 2025. Services Are Sold At Unit Prices.
