Gas Systems) - Plant Group 2 (Heat Supply Systems) - Plant Group 3 (Air -Technical Systems) - Systems Group 4 (Heavy Current Systems) - Plant Group 5 (Telecommunications And Information Technology Systems) - Annex Group 8 (Building Automation) Initially, Only The Service Phases 4 To 6 According To Hoai And Reserves The Right To Instruct The Further Performance Phases In Detail Or As A Whole. There Is No Entitlement To Further Commissioning, Nor Can Other Contractual Obligations For The Client Arise. In The Event Of Access, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Services, If Necessary, Also Gradually Or In Detail Or In The Whole.
