3 Waryńskiego 9 And 11, Ul. Ciesielska 9, Ul. Noniewicza 25, Ul. 1 Maja 28, Ul. Kościuszki 43 And Ul. Loss 9 In Suwałki. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Obligations Is Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 3 To Swz.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 4 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Auxiliary Of The Number Of Works Hereinafter Referred To As Opz.4. The Order Should Be Processed In Accordance With The Opz, Applicable Building Law, Standards And Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. 5. The Warranty Period Required By The Employer For Completed Construction Works At Least 3 Years, Maximum 4 Years From The Date Of The Protocol Collection Of Work. 6. Pursuant To Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Act, In The Place Where The Subject Of The Contract Is Described By Means Of Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described. In Addition, It Should Be Assumed That All Such References Are Accompanied By Or Equivalent Words. Indication Of The Equivalence Of The Offered Solution In Accordance With Art. 101 Para. 5 Of The Act And, On The Terms Specified There, Lies With The Contractor, In This Case The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove By Joining The Relevant Evidence In Question Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 7. In The Event That Trademarks Have Been Used In The Opz Documentation (Description Of The Subject Of The Contract), This Means That They Are Given, For Example And Specify The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Apply Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Technical And Quality Parameters Similar Or Better, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Negatively Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Opz Documentation. The Contractor Who Uses The Equipment Or Equivalent Will Be Obliged To Show During The Performance Of The Order That The Materials And Devices He Used Meet The Requirements Set By The Employer. 8. The Use Of The Label In Opz Documentation Means That The Employer Accepts All Labels Confirming That The Details, Deliveries Or Services Meet The Equivalent Requirements Of The Label Specified By The Employer. In The Event That The Contractor For Reasons Beyond His Beyond His Control Cannot Obtain A Label Specified By The Employer Or Equivalent Label, The Contracting Authority, Within The Time Limit, Accepts Other Corresponding Evidence, In Particular The Manufacturers Documentation, If The Contractor Provides That The Construction Works, Delivery Or Services To Be Performed By Him, Meet The Requirements Of A Specific Label Or Specific Requirements Indicated By Him By The Contracting Authority. 9.
