The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction And Retrofitting Of The Existing Playground Belonging To The Local Government Nursery No. 28 In Krakow, As Part Of The Departmental Program Active Playgrounds 2025. The Order Is Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Make Complete Design (Technical) Documentation Of The Playground Based On Documentation (Including Performing And Developing All Tests Necessary For The Purposes Of Adopting Appropriate Design Solutions). The Contractor Provides The Geodetic Service Of The Implemented Investment (If Concerned), Will Make An Inventory Of Greenery, Perform An Inventory Of The Existing Actual Technical Condition Of The Playground Equipment, Obtain All Necessary Technical Data On Its Own In Order To Develop Project Documentation; 2) If It Concerns - Obtain The Conditions Required By Law, Administrative Decisions, Permission, Permission, Agreement, Reporting, Building Permits (In Accordance With Applicable Regulations), And Will Also Provide The Completed Print Of Construction Works With A Set Of Attachments; 3) Deliver And Install/Install Play Equipment And Elements Of Small Architecture (Construction And Assembly Works, The Remaining Ones - On The Basis Of Agreed And Approved Documentation); 4) Vile Earthworks Together With The Implementation Marking Construction Site); 5) Execute As -Built Documentation (Including Instructions For The Operation And Maintenance Of The Playground Equipment And As -Built Geodetic Inventory - If It Is Necessary To Submit The Completion Of Completed Works In The Architecture Department); 6) Perform Any Repair Work According To The Guidelines Contained In The Report On The Control Of The Playground And After Completing The Investment Will Liquidate And Organize The Construction Area With The Construction Area Facilities; 7) Obtain A Certificate/Certificate Confirming The Compliance Of The Playground, Including The Surface With Appropriate Standards (Pn-En 1176 Or 1177), As A Result Of Controlling Control (After Completing The Task).
