The Detailed Scope Of Works Includes Project Documentation, Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bill Of Quantities, Arrangements, Building Permit. 3. The Attached Project Documentation Is Implemented In Stages, And The Scope Indicated Above Is One Of Its Elements. 4. Rules For Performing The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular: 1) Obligations Of The Parties; 2) Participants Of The Investment Process; 3) Deadlines4) Rules For The Performance And Settlement Of Works; 5) Suspension Of Works; 6) Types Of Acceptance And Rules For Their Conduct; 7) Quality Control - Disclosure And Removal Of Defects And Defects; 8) Contractual Penalties; 9) Contractors Remuneration And Payment Principles; 10) Changes; 10) Changes; They Were Specified In Detail In The Relevant Provisions Of The Contract - Annex 8 To Swz.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Scope Of Works Solutions Enabling The Performance Of Walls And Ceiling Above The Ground Floor In The Next Stage Of Thermomodernization. 12.
