The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Removal Of Asbestos -Containing Products In The Grodzisk Poviat In 2025. The Scope Of The Task Includes The Performance Of A Service Related To The Removal Of Asbestos -Containing Products Consisting Of: 1) Packing Of Dismantled Asbestos -Containing Products, Adequate Protection In Accordance With Applicable Provisions: Arranging On Pallets, Foil Protection; 2) Waste Weighing; To Perform The Task, The Contractor Will Apply A Carrier, With Valid Legalization, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 11 May 2001 Law On Measures (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2063) And The Contractual Acts Used. Weighing Will Take Place In The Presence Of The Owner (Perpetual Usufructuary) Or Property Manager. The Contractor Will Weigh And Draw Up A Protocol From This Activity In Accordance With The Template Constituting Annex 2 To The Contract; 3) Loading; 4) Ordering The Place Of Service From Asbestos Containing Waste; 5) Transport From The Meeting Point To The Place Of Disposal; Transport Of Asbestos -Containing Waste Will Take Place In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In The Act Of 19 August 2011 On The Road Transport Of Hazardous Goods (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 643) And In A Manner Preventing Pollution U. Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended); 6) Unloading And Transfer Of Waste To Disposal In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) For This Purpose, For This Purpose, A Hazardous Waste Landfill; 7) Keeping The Quantitative And Qualitative Waste Record In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended).
