    1) The Subject Of The Contract Is Sales Along With The Delivery Of A Brand New Sonar Towed In A Mobile Version Together With Accessories And Software For The Needs Of Hydrographic Laboratories Of The Maritime University Of Technology In Szczecin2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Set Out In Annex 1A To Swz. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements, And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above The Minimum Requirements Will Result In The Rejection Of The Offer As Incompatible With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 5 Of The Pzp.3) Nomenclature According To Cpv: 38113000-0 Sonary4) Provided By The Employer Of Any Names (Trademarks), Are Sample, And Their Indication Is Intended To Determine The Expected Standard, While The Contracting Authority Allows The Submission Of Offers Equivalent To The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. Standards For Which Terms Are Allowed To Indicate Examples Of Trademarks. 6) In The Event That The Employer Refers In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Equivalent To The Described Solutions Are Allowed. On The Subject Of The Contract, As Well As The Packaging, There Must Be A Trademark And Determination Of Origin (Manufacturer) .8) The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers.
