Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Building Conditions And Draft Decisions To Determine The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment In The Commune Of Sokołów Podlaski

1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Building Conditions, A Decision On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments, And Draft Amendments To The Above -Mentioned Decisions In The Sokołów Podlaski Commune In The Period Until December 31, 2016.2) The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Act Of March 27, 2003. On Spatial Planning And Development, The Act Of June 14, 1960. The Code Of Administrative Procedure, The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of August 26, 2003 In The Manner Of Determining The Requirements For New Buildings And Land Development In The Absence Of A Local Spatial Development Plan, The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 26 August 2003. On The Designations And Naming Used In The Decision To Determine The Location Of The Public Purpose Investment And In The Decision On Building Conditions. 3) The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Improvement Of The Draft Decision In The Event Of Refusal To Agree The Draft Decision Due To The Improper Provisions Contained In It4) The Analysis, The Inability To Determine The Development Conditions Or Location Of The Public Purpose Investment, As Well As In The Event Of Refusal To Agree Any Of The Bodies Referred To In Art. 53 Para. 4 Above Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development, 5) The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes Response To The Allegations In The Event Of A Party To Appeal Against The Decision, And To Correct And Bring To Compliance With The Laws Of The Draft Decision, In The Event Of Annulment Of The Decision Of The Head Of The Head Of The Appeal By The Appeal Body, 6) The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes Cooperation With The Sokołów Podlasie Commune Office During The Administrative Proceedings In Matters Regarding The Issuing Of A Decision, For Which The Draft Is Covered By The Order, Until They Become Final Decisions Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of 14 June 1960 Code Of Administrative Procedure. 7) The Expected Number Of Draft Decision To Develop Is: A) Draft Decisions On Building Conditions (Including Draft Decision To Change The Above Decision) - 500 Pcs. - 20 Pcs. 8) Amounts Given In Para. 8 Are Estimated Values, And The Actual Number Of Projects Covered By The Subject Of The Contract May Differ From The Above -Mentioned Quantities Given By The Ordering Party. In Connection With The Above, The Contractor Has No Grounds To Bring Any Claims In Relation To The Employer. The Basis For Financial Settlements Will Be The Actual Amount Of Decision -Making Projects Prepared And Transferred By The Contractor. 9) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Obligations And Requirements Of The Contractor Were Specified From Annex 7 To Swz - The Draft Contract.
