The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Mowing Meadows Along With A Partial Collection Of Hay In The Hajnówka Forest District In 2025 As Part Of The Project No. Fepw.02.03.-Iw.01-0003/24: Bison Migration Management In Eastern Poland. Names And Codes Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Specified In Accordance With The Common Dictionary Of Orders (Cpv): • 77100000-1 Cpv Complementary Agricultural Services: • 60000000-8 Transport Services (Excluding Waste Transport). The Service Includes Work Consisting In The Mocking Of Grass In The Meadows Of The Hajnówka Forest District With An Estimated Area Of ​​30 Ha. The Location Of The Area Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Is Presented In The Table, Point 3.10. The Location Of The Surface And Their Size May Change. The Employer Reserves The Right Of Options When Performing The Order. The Employer Will Be Required To Commission At Least To The Minimum Order, I.E. Order The Contractor To Perform The Service, At Least 70% Of The Estimated Area Indicated Above (Guaranteed Scope Of The Order), The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Extend The Scope Of The Order In The Scope Covered By The Option, I.E. To Order The Contractor To Perform The Service Up To 130% Of The Estimated Area Indicated Above (Extended Scope Of The Order). The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Order The Service In The Scope Covered By The Option, And The Contractor Does Not Serve A Claim For Their Order In This Respect. Bijak Mower Must Be Agreed With The Contracting Authority Before The Procedure; Cut Biomass Should Be Dry, Collected And Stored In The Form Of Hay In Traditional Stogs On The Spot After Agreeing With The Employer; -Siano Will Be Used For Winter Feeding Of Bison;-After Completing The Task, The Work Will Be Taken From Commission;-The Last Measurements Will Be Entered In The Work Receipt Reports;-Mowing Should Be Done At A Height Of 5-15 Cm Above The Ground Surface;-You Should Not Use Circular Mowing From The Outside To The Center Of The Cut Surface. It Is Recommended To Mow A Circular From The Inside Of The Mowed Surface. The Converter Can Use Heavy Equipment On Most Surfaces, But Soil Damage Should Be Avoided. It Is Recommended To Mow A Tractor On The Twin Wheels - It Will Protect The Soil From Damage. Due To The Periodically Difficult Terrain Conditions, The Contracting Authority Allows The Possibility Of Mowing Manual Meadows To Approx. 50% Of The Area. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor Have Efficient Equipment And Auxiliary Tools And Have Approval For Them. Placing The Meadows For Mowing Will Take Place Protocol (Based On The Order). The Contracting Authority (Representative- Forester For Hunting) Will Show The Boundaries Of The Areas Covered By The Above-Mentioned Treatments. The Resources Allow In The Event Of Unfavorable Terrain Or Flooding The Meadows With Water, The Possibility Of Not Drawing These Areas, Provided That The Contractor Drags The Meadow With The Same Area,
