The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Monthly Working Time For User Support Services (Lump Sum) According To The Set Conditions Of Service Level Agreement (Hereinafter: Sla), 2) Monthly Man -Hour Package For Technical Support Services Sap (Lump Sum) According To The Set Conditions Sla, 3) Development Works (Contracted On The Basis Of Orders And Settled At The Rate Specified In The Contract). 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To The Proposed Contractual Provisions, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz.
