Electric Buses - “Renewal Of The Car Park For Local Public Transport In The Dorohoi Area” Lot 1 - Providing Electric Buses And Electric Recharge Stations. As A Result Of This Product Procurement Procedure, A Contract With An Onerous Title Will Be Concluded. The Object Of The Supply Contract, Concluded Following This Procedure For The Purchase Of Products, Is The Supply Of Electric Buses And Slow And Fast Recharge Stations Related To The Electric Buses, And As An Accessory Of The Main Obligation, The Supply Of The Products, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Those Services Necessary For The Provision Of The Goods, (Art. 3) 1.766 Para. (2) The New Civil Code), Named Within The Requirements Of This Specifications And Within The Contract Clauses As An Accessory Operations, Such As The Training, Delivery, Location, Installation And Technical Support Services. The Unitary Prices Of The Products Are Those Included By The Supplier In The Financial Proposal. The Unit Prices Of The Products Include All The Associated Costs Or As A Result Of Fulfilling The Requirements Of This Cs: A) Providing The Products In The Delivery Location Indicated By Ac; B) Product Reception; C) Providing Operations For Accessory/ Accessory Services; All Costs, Associated Or As A Result Of Fulfilling The Requirements Of This Specification And Contractual Obligations, Including Those Regarding Accessory Operations, Are The Exclusive Task Of The Contractor And Must Be Included In The Offered Value Of The Products, In The Financial Proposal.
