    Wide Area Network Services - Cpd Connection Service Of Fiber Optic Data Transmission. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Service Of Combining Cpd Centers Of Fiber Optic Data Transmission A) The Launch Of The Cpd Centers Of The Cpd Centers Of The Cpd Of The Nfz Control Panels Will Take Place No Later Than Within 12 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. B) Maintenance Of The Cpd Centers Of The Cpd Of The Nfz Central Central Fiber Optic Data Transmission Within 60 Months From The Date Of Launching The Service Indicated In The Reception Report. 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Annex 1 To The Specification. 3. The Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Set Out In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 2 To The Specification. 4. The Purchaser Does Not Provide For The Awarding Of Contracts Pursuant To Art. 305 In Connection With Art. 214 Para. 1 Points 7 And 8 Of The Pzp Act.
