    Telecommunications Facilities - Expansion And Modernization Of The Avaya Aura Telecommunications System Currently Used By The Employer. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Expansion And Modernization Of The Avaya Aura Telecommunications System Currently Used By The Employer (Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order). 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Also Called Opz). 3. The Order Is Financed As Part Of The Eu Project - The Development Plan Of The Project Entitled Modernization And Equipment Of Didactic Facilities In Connection With Increasing Admission Limits For Medical Studies - Medical University Of Lublin , Which Is Part Of The Investment D2.1.1 Pn. Investments Related To The Modernization And Retrofitting Of Didactic Facilities In Connection With The Increase In Admission Limits For Medical Studies, Implemented As Part Of The National Plan Of Reconstruction And Increasing Immunity-Component D Component D Efficiency, Availability And Quality Of The Healthcare System Under Contract No. Kpod.07.05-Ip.10-0023/24/Kpo/1206/2025/99. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In The Planned Provisions Of The Agreement Constituting Annex 4 To Swz. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To The Date Of Submission Of The Offer On The Day Of Submitting The Offers Not Subjecting To Exclusion And Meeting The Conditions For Participation In The Form Of A Uniform European Order Document (Eat) According To Annex 3 To Swz. 6. Gdpr (Information Obligation And Obligation To Apply): Information On The Protection Of Individuals In Connection With The Processing Of Personal Data And On The Free Flow Of Such Data Is Specified In Chapter Xxiii Swz. 7. The Employer Demands From The Contractors To Pay A Bid Bond In The Amount Of: Pln 50,000.00 (In Words: Fifty Thousand Zlotys And 00/100 Pln).
