Select A Bc Builds-Eligible Not-For-Profit Development Partner For Site 1 Of The Gatewayproject For The Purposes Of Submitting A Funding Application To Bc Builds For A Non-Market Rentalproject And, If The Funding Application Is Successful, To Enter Into A Land Lease To Facilitate Thedevelopment And Longer- Term Operation Of Phase 1.
