The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes Training Of At Least One Operator And Providing Warranty (Service) Service Of The Delivered Equipment During The Warranty Period. The Engines Of Cars Should Meet The Requirements Of Ordinance No. H-21 Of 19.12.2023 On The Requirements For Clean Vehicles. The Complete Scope Of Activities And Minimum Requirements For The Technical Characteristics Of Trucks And Superstructures Are Detailed In The Technical Specification, Annex To The Documentation For Participation. 2.1.Technical Service And Repair The Technical Service And Repair Of The Equipment Is Performed At The Service Base Of The Contractor (Own Or Leased), In The Country, Within The Warranty Periods And Warranty (Service) Service. 2.2. Other Requirements 2.2.1. The Equipment Should Be Accompanied By An Instruction Or Manual For Operation In Bulgarian. 2.2.2. The Equipment Should Be Accompanied By Documents Certifying Its Quality And Origin And The Documents Necessary For Its Registration. 2.3. Guarantee Liability And Guarantee Requirements. 2.3.1. The Contractor Should Guarantee The Full Functional Fitness Of The Delivered Equipment According To Their Purpose And The Technical Assignment. 2.3.2. Within The Warranty Period, The Contractor Eliminates With Its Own Forces And Means All Defects, Disadvantages And/Or Damage And/Or Discrepancies Of Used Used Garbage Gathering Vehicles, Respectively, Replaces Defective Parts And/Or Components With New Ones. The Guarantee Covers All Systems, Units, Units And Details Of The Equipment, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Manufacturer For A Service Book Concerning The Guarantee Responsibility Of The Manufacturer And Includes: 2.3.3. Complete Warranty Service For A Period, A Minimum Of 24/ Twenty-Four/ Months Or A Mileage Of 100 000/ Hundred Thousand/ Km- Which Of The Two Events Occurred First From The Date Of Registration Of The Garbage Gathering Cars In The Traffic Police.
