Tenders Are Invited For “Delivery Of Cars For The Needs Of Smyadovo Municipality”

The Subject Of The Present Public Procurement On The Individual Lots Is The Following: For A Lot: # 1 Delivery Of A New Electric Car For The Needs Of Smyadovo Municipality The Subject Of The Public Procurement Within The Lot # 1 Includes Activities For Delivery Of A New Electric Car For The Needs Of Smyadovo Municipality And Warranty Support Within The Warranty Period. The Car Must Meet The Criteria For Clean Vehicles In Accordance With Regulation (Ec) No 1370/2007 And Ordinance No. H-21 Of December 19, 2023 On The Requirements For Clean Vehicles. Registration With The Traffic Police Will Be Done By And At The Expense Of The Contracting Authority And Is Not A Commitment Of The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide All Necessary Documents For The Delivery Of The Vehicle. Guarantee Liability Within The Warranty Period. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Warranty Support For The Delivered Car Within The Warranty Period. Guarantee Maintenance Is Given To The Elimination Of Defects In The Vehicle And/Or Battery At The Expense Of The Contractor During The Warranty Period Within The Warranty Liability. The Delivery And Replacement Of Consumables For The Periodic Technical Service Is Not Included In The Scope Of This Public Procurement And Are Not The Obligation Of The Contractor. A Detailed Description Of The Range, Volume And Technical Requirements For The Electric Vehicle Provided For Delivery Is Contained In The Technical Specification, Part Of The Documentation To The Public Procurement. The Electric Car Is The Subject Of The Public Procurement Will Be Used For The Needs Of The Municipal Administration - Smyadovo. For Lot 2 Delivery Of A New Diesel Car For The Needs Of Smyadovo Municipality The Subject Of The Public Procurement In The Framework Of Lot No. 2 Includes Activities For Delivery Of A New Diesel Car For The Needs Of Smyadovo Municipality And Warranty Support Within The Warranty Period. Registration With The Traffic Police Will Be Done By And At The Expense Of The Contracting Authority And Is Not A Commitment Of The Contractor.
