    Work Detail

    The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Construction And Assembly Works (Construction Works) For Ongoing Repairs In The Administrative Building Of The Municipality Of Kaolinovo, In Accordance With A Quantitative Account Prepared, Including: Room 1; Room 2; Room 3; Room 4; Room 5; Room 6; Room 7; Room On Duty; Salon In Front Of A Duty Room; Staircase In Front Of An Administrative Building Ukraine Square №5; Staircase In Front Of An Administrative Building Ukraine Square №4, As Well As Activities That Are Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract And Represent A Condition, A Consequence Or Addition To It As Follows: Legally, Qualitatively And Timely Initiation, Execution And Completion Of Construction, Including The Delivery Of Construction Products, Mechanization, Workforce And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction In Accordance With The Technical Specification, In Accordance With The Law On Spatial Planning (Zut) And The By -Laws For Its Implementation, All Other Acting Regulatory Documents And The Contract For Enforcement. Guarantee Liability For The Period Of The Warranty Period Proposed By The Contractor For The Completed Construction And Installation Works And Facilities Of The Construction Site. The Construction And Repair Activities Intended For Implementation Do Not Constitute A Construction Within The Meaning Of § 5, Item 38 Of The Additional Provisions Of The Spatial Planning Act (Territorial Development Act). No Building Permit Has Been Issued For The Site And There Will Be No Required One, As It Is Envisaged To Carry Out Ongoing Repair Activities, In Accordance With Art. 151, Para. 1 Of The Spatial Planning Act, In Connection With The Et §5, Item 43 Of The Spatial Planning Act. The Full Scope And The Exhaustive Listing Of The Activities Due By The Contractor Are Indicated In The Technical Specification And The Approved Quantitative Accounts Attached To The Public Procurement Documentation.
