The Town Of Stony Plain Is Seeking A Contractor To Provide Parking Lot And Sidewalk Snow Removal And Ice Control Services That Will Include Scheduled Snow Removal, Daily Inspections, And Ice Control For The Following Areas:•Seven (7) Buildings And Properties; •Three (3) Parking Lots;•Twelve (12) Transit Stops; And•Various Walkways In The Downtown Core.The Contractor Will Be Required To Furnish All Labour, Equipment, Vehicles, And Materials Necessary For The Completion Of The Services. The Contractor Is To Ensure Workers Are Properly Skilled And Adequately Protected With The Proper Personal Protective Equipment (“Ppe”) And Traffic Control Measures.The Term Of The Agreement Is To Be For A Period Of 2 Years, With An Option In Favour Of The Town To Extend The Agreement On The Same Terms And Conditions For An Additional Term Of Up To 2 Years.
