Rfp Operations Yard - Ipd Construction Partner - General Contractor P25-02 . This Request For Proposals (The “Rfp”) Is An Invitation By The Village Of Anmore (The “Village”) To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For Operations Yard Upgrade Project – General Contractor The Village Plans On Building A New Operations Yard Located At The Village’S North End To Address The Continued Growth Of The Community. This Project Will Be Delivered Using An Integrated Project Delivery (Ipd) Methodology And Contractual Arrangement. This Rfp Is The First Of Many Rfps To Acquire The Design And Construction Team That Will Work With The Village As Part Of The Ipd Team For The Successful Completion Of Operations Yard. Further Procurement Opportunities May Be Issued By The Village To Engage Other Sub-Consultants And Key Sub-Trades To Build Out The Full Ipd Team. It Is The Village’S Intent That Once A Full Ipd Team Is Selected Through Multiple Procurement Processes, That The Village And Each Of The Selected Entities In The Ipd Will Enter Into A Negotiation To Finalize A Multiparty Agreement.
