This Follows Both The Delegated Authority In Accordance With Chapter 7 Of The Pollution Regulations On Local Air Quality And That The City Environment Agency Has Been Transferred Responsibility For Environmental Monitoring Related To Environmental Health Protection. In Addition, In 2022, The City Environment Agency Has Entered Into A Cooperation Agreement With The Norwegian Public Roads Administration So That The City Environment Agency Is Now Responsible For The Follow -Up Of All Air Measurements Carried Out By The Public In Oslo. As Of Today, There Are 17 Air Target Stations In Oslo. One Of The Measuring Stations Has Its Own Data Collection System, Which Means That 16 Measuring Stations Will Be Covered By This Contract According To The Current Status. This Procurement Is A Service Contract, And Includes Data Collection From The City Of Oslo Municipality. Data Will Be Transferred To A Central Database At The Environment Directorate Air Measurements. Data Shall Then Be Transferred In The Correct Format As Specified By The Environment Directorate, And With Satisfactory Quality As Specified By The Norwegian National Reference Laboratory For Air Quality Measurement (Reflab).
