1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: The Implementation Of Gas Installations, Central Heating And Hot Water In Municipal Apartments, In A Building At Ul. Wojska Polskiego 4A Implemented As Part Of The Task Entitled: Execution Of A Gas Installation, Central Heating And Cwu In Municipal Apartments Together With Project Update, In A Building At 4A Wojska Polskiego Street. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 2.1 Central Heating Installations, Gas Installation And Central Utility Water In A Total Of 4 Municipal Residential Premises At Ul. Wojska Polskiego 4A.2.2 Connecting Internal Gas Installations Of Individual Premises To The Gas Network 2.3 Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of Condensing Gas Boilers Hanging 2.4 Purchase Of Gas Supply And Assembly Of Gas Kitchen 2.5 Supply Of Electrical Power Supply Together With Protection For Four-Boat Gas Kitchen With Oven And Gas Boilers 2.6 Assembly Of Air-Combustion Channels 2.7 Air-Combustion Channels. Tiled, Dismantling Of Coal Cuisines 2.8 Accompanying Works2.9 Settlement Of All Required Formalities Related To The Receipt And Admission To The Operation Of The Gas Installations For Individual Residential Premises, Including:  Performing Tests And Tests Related To The Installation Made  First Launch Of Heating Devices By Authorized Service Together With Technological Start -Up Of The Installation. As Part Of The First Launch, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform In Particular To Check The Correctness Of The Heating Device To The Hydraulic And Electrical Installation And Exhaust Gas Discharge, Condensate, Regulation Of Heating Parameters, Control Of Correct Operation, Checking Security.  Training Of Tenants And The Ordering Party In The Operation Of The Installed Devices  Transfer To The Employer Of Technical And Movement Documentation And Warranty Cards, And The Operating Instructions- Tenants Of Premises.3. A Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Are:  Construction, Technical And Executive Projects: Gas Installation, Central Heating And Hot Water;  Any Works;  Stwiorb; Being Attached To Swz.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In 3 Inhabited Premises And 1 Premises That Are A Vacancy. The Contractor Will Agree With The Implementation Of Works With Individual Tenants Of The Premises In Consultation With The Employer. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Construction Works Described In The Abovementioned Project Documentation, Stwiorb, A Preliminary Work, Including Construction Works Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract.
