1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Renovation Works Of The Sanitary Room For The Needs Of People With Disabilities In The Building Of The City Of Krakow At Ul. Lubelskiej 27, I.E.:1) Dismantling The Partition Wall And Widening The Door Opening To The Cabin, 2) Scoring Tiles On The Walls And Floor, 3) Forging The Recess For The Changing Table, 4) Making Plasters And Strokes On The Walls And Ceiling, 5) Making The Foundation Under The Floor With Micro Cement, 6) Making A Painting Coating On The Walls And Ceiling, 7) Removal Sanitary Finishing Elements, Central Heating And Electrical, Rework Of Installations And Assembly Of New Finishing Elements; 8) Dismantling Old And Assembly Of New Doors To Sanitary Cabins. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Abovementioned Works Was Specified In The Following Documents (Constituting Annex 9 To Swz): 1) Bill Of Quantities, 2) Technical Specifications For The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works; 3) Project Documentation (Drawings, Rooms). 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes A Contract Template With Attachments, Constituting Annex 8 To Swz And The Documents Referred To In Point 2 Above.
