1. The Subject Of The Order Is Delivery Of Specialist Equipment Under Eu Projects Entitled Education Of The Future Feds 08.01-Iz.00-0064/24 And Świdnickie Preschoolers Discover The World Feds 08.03-Iz.00-0009/24 Under Priority No. 8 European Funds For Education In Lower Silesia Activities No. Feds 08.01 Access To Education Program Access Program Access To Education European Funds For Lower Silesia 2021-2027 Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus And As Part Of Priority No. 8 European Funds For Education In Lower Silesia Action No. Feds 08.03 Access To Education-Zit The European Funds Program For Lower Silesia 2021-2027 Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus.2. As Part Of The Task In Question, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Equipment, Including Transport Of The Subject Of The Contract, Unloading, Bringing To The Indicated Rooms And Launching Selected Items. Saperów 27A, 58-100 Świdnica (Sp105), E) Primary School No. 315 John Paul Ii In Świdnica, Pl. Wojska Polskiego 3, 58-100 Świdnica (Sp315), F) City Kindergarten No. 1 In Świdnica, Pl. Saint. Małgorzata 1, 58-100 Świdnica (Pm1), G) Municipal Kindergarten No. 3 In Świdnica, Ul. Okręcna 30, 58-100 Świdnica (Pm3), H) Municipal Kindergarten No. 6 In Świdnica, Ul. Komunardów 2, 58-100 Świdnica (Pm6). 3. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Supplied Specialist Equipment Be Brand New, Unused And Undamaged. 4. The Presented Parameters Of The Subject Of The Contract Are The Technical And Qualitative Minimum Expected By The Contracting Authority. 5. Specialist Equipment Must Be Adapted And Approved For School/Kindergarten Use, They Should Have All Necessary Standards, Approvals, Etc. 6. When Delivery, The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach User Manuals In Polish (If Concerned). 7. The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Packaged In A Way That Protects It Against Damage. The Contractor Is Liable For Damage Or Loss Of The Subject Of The Contract Until The Contracting Authority Is Issued At The Delivery Point, Confirmed By The Reception Report. 8. The Contractor Will Determine With The School Head (Or Other Employee Of The School/Kindergarten Indicated By The Headmaster- For The Contracting Authority) In Advance, At Least A 3-Day Delivery Date (Day, Time). Delivery Should Be Carried Out Only On Business Days From 8.00 To 15.00, Excluding Saturdays Or At Another Time Accepted By The School/Kindergarten Headmaster. 9. The Delivered Goods
